Boat Slip Project Dock A
There will be a construction project involving part of
Dock A and the Swim Area early summer.
It will be approximately a two week project; the start date has not been set.
The Swim Area boundaries will be modified and some boats may need to be moved temporarily.
Be aware that there will be contracted workers and their vehicles here at this time,
please do not interfere or impede them in any way.
This is a fully approved project by vote of the membership during the 2026 Annual meeting.
Actual schedule dates will be posted on the Events Calendar, News Page, and Gate announcement Board when they are set.

2026 "Rules of the Racks"
Kayak Racks Usage “Rules of the Racks”
1.Available to RCEP POA members in good standing only, all others will be removed from the property.
2.Share the space; it is for the convenience of all members in good standing. There are now 20 useable spaces.
3.Heavier, larger kayak on the bottom tiers, smaller, lighter units on the higher and center spaces.
4.Securing kayak in place is the responsibility of the kayak owner. Do not alter or modify the racks in any way.
5.Place and secure your accessories on your kayak, do not hang items from rack. Items found on ground or hanging from rack will be removed from area.
6.Store units upside down on racks so they do not collect and hold water.
7.The racks are not long term storage units, all vessels need to be removed from the racks and Common Area by Nov 1st each year. Any vessels or equipment still in place will be removed from the area. Racks will be available for use after Spring Cleanup Day each year.
8.Any kayaks or accessories found stored on ground in the Common Area will be moved to a holding area and secured for 10 days. If not claimed they will be disposed of.
9. Any items or kayaks placed on kayak rack are the responsibility of the individual owner. The RCEP POA and the Board provides this rack for the convenience of the members in good standing and provide no written or implied guarantee as to security or damage to personal property placed on it.
