Association Annual Meeting of Membership will be May 2nd, 2026, 10am, at the Common Area.

Plan to attend. All proxies must be receeived 7 days before meeting.

Spring Cleanup Day, April 18th, 8am, at the Common Area.

Bring rakes, shovels, leaf blowers, dress accordingly.

Lunch will be provided, bottled water will be available all morning.

Renewal and intial application forms are available on the website undder the documents section of the home page and/or from the Board secretery. All applications will be accepted after 12-15-2026 and must be received by 12-31-2026.

The Kayak Rack will be pulled back from the waters edge and stored near the port a john by mid November. All; kayaks and equipment must be must be removed from the Common Area by November 15th,2025, this area is not a storage facility. Any equipment remaining in the Common Area will be disposed of accordingly.
